Remote Auditing

Brand: Honeywell International Inc
Honeywell offers Remote Auditing for gas chromatographs and correlative gas quality stations to evaluate the gas quality with minimal operational steps.

The data obtained from Process Gas Chromatograph (PGC) is then stored for analysis.

What Is It?

Remote Auditing offers:
AKA-II: Facilitates operations for remote auditing for gas chromatographs and correlative gas quality stations. Additionally, internal calibration and external test gas can be activated on the basis of a time schedule. AKA-II captures history, results and files and exports the data, if required.

DS901: Stores all data from up to four different PGCs using up to four streams. The DS901 visualization module allows users to display, analyze and export data.

How Does It Work?

AKA-II enables online presentation of measured values and operational status of PGC/KGM.  It commences and examines calibration and test runs.  It defines and sets parameters for gas quality data-recording devices and also facilitates automatic, time-controlled retrieval of data from the files. It presents the recorded data and log entries in the form of tables and diagrams.

With DS901, the data, including analysis information, chromatograms, status and parameters, are continually read-out via the read-out module from up to four different PGCs. This data is stored in American Standard Code for Information Interchange (ASCII) format, and is available for display.

What Problems Does It Solve?

De-regulation of energy markets is a challenge for supply companies, carriers and operators, with large amounts of data needing to be handled in bare minimum time. Remote Auditing solutions enable supervision of operations and troubleshooting.
